Shipping Policy
Applicable To: All orders placed on rivadeny.com (the "Site") for products (the "Products") offered by Rivadeny.
This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the processing, shipping, and delivery of orders placed through the Site, in compliance with EU consumer protection laws (including Directive 2011/83/EU) and applicable logistics regulations.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding EU public holidays). Orders placed after 15:00 Central European Time (CET) will be processed on the next business day. Processing time includes order verification, Product quality control, and packaging. We will notify you via email at assistanc@rivadeny.com once your order has been processed and shipped.
2. Delivery Destinations and Times
We ship to most countries and regions worldwide, including the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, Asia, and most other international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, logistics provider, and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs delays, weather conditions). Typical delivery times by region are as follows:
- European Union: 3–7 business days from the date of shipping
- United Kingdom: 4–8 business days from the date of shipping
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days from the date of shipping
- Australia & New Zealand: 8–16 business days from the date of shipping
- Asia: 5–12 business days from the date of shipping
- Other International Destinations: 10–21 business days from the date of shipping
Delivery times do not include order processing time. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs inspections, logistics disruptions, or force majeure events.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and volume of your order, your delivery destination, and the selected shipping method. All shipping costs are displayed in the applicable currency and include any applicable taxes or fees required by EU law.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be subject to specific terms (e.g., minimum order value). Free shipping promotions will be clearly advertised on the Site, and any applicable restrictions will be outlined in the promotion details.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address you provided during checkout. This email will include a unique tracking number and a link to the logistics provider’s website, where you can monitor the status of your delivery in real time.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at assistanc@rivadeny.com to inquire about your order status.
5. Delivery Issues
5.1 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost, damaged, or tampered with during delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date. To initiate a claim, please contact us at assistanc@rivadeny.com and provide: (a) your order number; (b) a description of the issue; (c) photos of the damaged Product (if applicable); and (d) any other relevant documentation.
We will investigate the issue with the logistics provider and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement, full refund, or other appropriate resolution. We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation to process your claim.
5.2 Undelivered Packages
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, no one available to receive delivery), we will notify you via email. You may request a re-shipping of the order (subject to additional shipping costs) or a full refund (excluding original shipping costs). If we do not receive a response from you within 14 days of the notification, we will issue a full refund (excluding original shipping costs).
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders (outside the European Union), additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs. Rivadeny is not responsible for any customs delays, fees, or penalties incurred. It is the recipient’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with their local import regulations and requirements.
